By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

1. About Elegant Glass Engraving Studio

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio creates handcrafted glass vessel sinks and custom glass artwork using traditional stone and diamond wheel engraving techniques.

Every engraved piece is created individually by hand. Because of the nature of handcrafted work, each piece may contain subtle variations that are part of its individual character.

We serve homeowners, interior designers, builders, hospitality professionals, businesses, and other customers worldwide.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or enter into a custom commission with Elegant Glass Engraving Studio.

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their:

  • Dimensions

  • Materials

  • Colors

  • Engraving details

  • Pricing

  • Availability

  • Photographs

Because glass is reflective and translucent, its appearance may vary depending on lighting, surrounding colors, photography, monitor settings, and the environment in which it is installed.

Hand engraving also creates natural variations between pieces. Minor differences in line work, depth, positioning, texture, color, or other handcrafted characteristics are not necessarily considered defects.

4. Custom Orders and Commissions

Many Elegant Glass Engraving Studio pieces are custom designed and individually produced.

The custom process may include:

  • Initial consultation

  • Design inspiration or artwork submission

  • Concept development

  • Artwork revisions

  • Final design approval

  • Glass selection

  • Hand engraving

  • Finishing

  • Packaging and shipping

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, specifications, spelling, names, dates, logos, dimensions, and other requested details before providing final approval.

Once final artwork has been approved and engraving has begun, changes may not be possible.

Additional revisions or substantial changes to an approved design may result in additional charges and may extend the completion timeline.

5. Artwork Approval

Custom engraving will not begin until required artwork or design details have been approved.

Approval may be provided electronically, including through email, messaging, or another method agreed upon during the project.

By approving a design, you confirm that:

  • The artwork reflects your requested concept

  • Names, dates, text, symbols, and other details are correct

  • You authorize Elegant Glass Engraving Studio to proceed with production

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in artwork or information that the customer reviewed and approved.

6. Production Timelines

Every piece is created individually by hand.

Estimated completion times depend on factors including:

  • Design complexity

  • Number of artwork revisions

  • Glass availability

  • Quantity ordered

  • Current commission schedule

  • Shipping requirements

Any production or delivery date provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to an estimated timeline.

7. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the website or provided through a custom quotation.

Prices may vary based on factors including:

  • Vessel style

  • Glass type

  • Artwork complexity

  • Engraving detail

  • Quantity

  • Custom design requirements

  • Shipping destination

We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed and to correct accidental pricing or listing errors.

Once a custom quote has been accepted and payment requirements have been satisfied, pricing will be governed by the accepted quote unless the scope of the project changes.

8. Deposits and Custom Payments

Custom commissions may require a deposit before design or production begins.

Any applicable deposit amount, remaining balance, and payment schedule will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment may be required before the completed piece is shipped.

If the scope of a custom project changes after the original quote is accepted, additional charges may apply.

9. Taxes, Duties, and International Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges associated with their order unless otherwise stated.

International customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements that apply in their destination country.

10. Worldwide Shipping

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio ships products to customers worldwide where shipping service is reasonably available.

Shipping costs may vary based on:

  • Destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping method

  • Insurance

  • Customs requirements

  • Special handling requirements

International shipments may experience customs processing or other delays outside our control.

Any estimated delivery date provided by a shipping carrier is not guaranteed by Elegant Glass Engraving Studio.

11. Shipping Damage

Glass products should be inspected promptly after delivery.

If a package appears damaged upon arrival, photograph the exterior packaging before opening it whenever reasonably possible.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact Elegant Glass Engraving Studio as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order information

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the shipping label

  • A description of the damage

Customers should retain the original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Shipping claims may be subject to the requirements and timelines of the applicable carrier or shipping insurer.

12. Returns and Cancellations

Because many Elegant Glass Engraving Studio products are custom, personalized, or individually engraved, return and cancellation eligibility may differ from standard retail products.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange after final design approval or after engraving has begun, except where required by applicable law or where an eligible defect or shipping damage has occurred.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Return eligibility for non-custom, ready-to-ship products will be governed by the return policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Products must generally be returned in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may not be available once:

  • Custom artwork has been substantially developed

  • Materials have been specially purchased

  • Engraving has begun

  • The product has shipped

Any non-refundable deposit, design fee, material cost, or completed work may be deducted from a cancellation refund where permitted.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Installation

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio provides handcrafted glass products but does not guarantee installation unless installation services are expressly included in a written agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Measurements are appropriate for the intended installation

  • The supporting surface is suitable

  • Faucets, drains, plumbing, and hardware are compatible

  • Installation complies with applicable building and plumbing requirements

We recommend installation by an appropriately qualified professional.

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect hardware, misuse, alteration, or installation on an unsuitable surface.

14. Care and Maintenance

Customers should follow any care instructions provided with their product.

In general, glass sinks should be cleaned using appropriate non-abrasive cleaning methods.

Damage resulting from misuse, impact, abrasive cleaning, improper chemicals, improper installation, alterations, or failure to reasonably care for the product may not be considered a manufacturing defect.

15. Submitted Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers may provide photographs, logos, artwork, family crests, ranch brands, business marks, illustrations, or other materials for use in a custom design.

By submitting materials to Elegant Glass Engraving Studio, you represent that:

  • You own the material or have permission to use it

  • Our use of the material for your requested project will not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property rights

You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

You grant Elegant Glass Engraving Studio permission to reproduce, modify, adapt, and use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to design and produce your requested piece.

16. Elegant Glass Designs and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including:

  • Photographs

  • Artwork

  • Engraving designs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Product descriptions

  • Layouts

  • Branding

are owned by or licensed to Elegant Glass Engraving Studio and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Purchasing a physical engraved piece does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the underlying artwork or design unless expressly agreed in writing.

17. Photography of Completed Work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elegant Glass Engraving Studio may photograph completed pieces for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, archival, or promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly disclose private personal information provided by customers.

If your project contains sensitive or confidential imagery and you do not want the finished piece photographed or displayed publicly, please notify us before production is completed.

18. Designer, Builder, and Trade Clients

Elegant Glass Engraving Studio welcomes inquiries from interior designers, builders, architects, hospitality professionals, and other trade clients.

Project pricing, quantities, timelines, shipping arrangements, and other commercial terms may be governed by a separate written quote or agreement.

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will control with respect to that specific project.

19. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account through our website.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Preventing unauthorized access to your account

Please notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

20. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to another person's account

  • Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorization

  • Upload malicious software or code

  • Misrepresent your identity

Many of our products are individually created and may be one-of-a-kind.

If an unavailable product is purchased due to an inventory or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Website access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Payment-provider interruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

23. Warranties

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and will evaluate legitimate concerns involving workmanship, defects, or shipping damage.

Any specific warranty offered for a product will be stated in the product description, order documentation, or other written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no additional warranty is created beyond warranties expressly provided by us or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elegant Glass Engraving Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of our website or products.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Improper handling

  • Impact or breakage after delivery

  • Improper cleaning

  • Alteration of the product

  • Incorrect plumbing or hardware

  • Use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from:

  • Materials you submit without proper authorization

  • Your violation of another person's intellectual property rights

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Elegant Glass Engraving Studio in the State of Colorado, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on a customer's location.

For international customers, local consumer laws that cannot legally be waived may continue to apply.
